§ 5.14. Audit.

An annual audit shall be made by a certified public accountant of all of the records pertaining to the receipts and expenditures of all school funds within each school year, said audit to be completed as soon as possible after the close of the fiscal year ending June 30th. A copy of said audit shall be made available to the mayor and council and a copy shall be made available for public view.
