§ 10-106. Conditions of issuance.

The administrator or clerk shall issue the certificate or license only:

(1)

When satisfied that the business, etc., does not, and will not violate the requirements of the zoning ordinance of the city;

(2)

Upon the fulfillment of the registration requirements of this article;

(3)

Upon the payment of the occupational tax levied by this article; and

(4)

Upon the payment of all occupation, specific, special or ad valorem taxes due the city by such person for any previous year.
