§ 10-109. Same—Of indigence or disability.

No person shall fraudulently and deceitfully use the official certificate of any indigent, any disabled veteran of any war, or any blind person, issued pursuant to a statute of the state, for the purpose of peddling or conducting any business as provided by the laws of the state.
