§ 10-87. Violation; penalties.

Any person violating any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before the city judge, be fined in an amount not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per day per violation or imprisoned not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days per violation, either or both, in the discretion of the city judge.
