§ 10-317. Same—Renewal.

Licenses for adult entertainment establishments may be renewed by the director of planning and development on a year-to-year basis, provided that the licensees continue to meet the requirements set out in this article. The renewal fee for the adult entertainment establishment licenses shall be established by resolution of the mayor and city council.
