The licensee shall, within ten (10) days after he has been notified of an adverse
determination by the director of planning and development, submit a notice of appeal
to the director of planning and development, the mayor and the city council.
The notice of appeal shall be addressed to the director of planning and development,
the mayor and the city council and shall specify the subject matter of the appeal,
the date of any original and amended application or requests, the date of the adverse
decision (or receipt of notice thereof), the basis of the appeal, the action requested
of the mayor and city council, and the name and address of the applicant.
The city manager shall place the appeal on the agenda of the next regular mayor and
city council meeting occurring not less than five (5) nor more than thirty (30) days
after receipt of the application for mayor and city council action.
