§ 10-322. Mayor and city council hearing.

Whenever the city manager has scheduled an appeal before the mayor and city council, at the time and date set therefor, the mayor and city council shall receive all relevant testimony and evidence from the licensee, from interested parties and from city staff. The mayor and city council may sustain, overrule or modify the action complained of. The action of the city mayor and city council shall be final.
