§ 10-359. Penalty.

(a)

Any person who has not reached the age of eighteen (18) who remains in a billiard room without a permit or within prohibited hours, or without being accompanied by a parent or guardian in accordance with section 10-355, or who makes a false certificate as to his age, or who uses a forged permit shall be guilty of a violation of this section and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

(b)

Any licensee, person, firm or corporation who shall knowingly violate this article shall be guilty of a city ordinance violation. Each violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.

(c)

It is the intention of the city council and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this article shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances, City of Cartersville, Georgia, and the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
