§ 10-384. Severability.

(a)

In the event any section, phrase, clause or sentence of this article is deemed unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining sections, phrases, clauses and sentences of this article which shall continue in full force and effect.

(b)

All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed.
