§ 10-556. Miscellaneous.

(a)

The provisions of this article regulating the operation of ranges are declared to be the minimum standards for the operation of a range. The operator of a range shall also be required to comply with any applicable county, state or federal regulations. Nothing in this article shall be deemed to permit or condone any activity which is otherwise declared to be unlawful by any applicable county, state or federal regulation.

(b)

The provisions of this article are severable, and if any provision or section is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this article shall remain in full force and effect.
