§ 10-562. Administration.

(a)

The planning and development director may designate a film liaison for the city who shall be responsible for administering the provisions of this chapter, as well as the issuance of any and all filming permits. If no film liaison is designated, then the planning and development director shall serve as the film liaison.

(b)

Issuance of permits and other decisions rendered pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall be based upon:

(1)

The health and safety of all persons.

(2)

Mitigation of disruption to all persons within the affected area.

(3)

The safety of property within the city.

(4)

Traffic congestion at particular locations within the city.
