§ 11-3. Airport.

That the City of Cartersville Police Department pursuant to the approval of the Cartersville-Bartow County Airport Authority and the City of Cartersville and O.C.G.A. § 6-3-27 is hereby authorized to enforce all police regulations of the airport and all law enforcement powers at the airport and within one-quarter (¼) miles of the airport on public property and all other powers as granted therein.
