§ 11-51. Motor vehicle trespass.

(a)

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 40-6-252(c), the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 40-6-252(a) are adopted by reference.

(b)

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine:

(1)

Not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation.

(2)

Not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second violation.

(3)

Not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the third or subsequent violation.
