Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 12-3. Slowly moving and heavily laden vehicles.
(a)
Slowly moving or heavily laden vehicles shall not be driven upon the streets or highways abreast, but one must follow behind the other and keep as near the right-hand curb as possible.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to push or drive any vehicle propelled by human or animal power upon streets or areas specifically designated by the council. This prohibition shall apply to all bicycles, tricycles, pushcarts, animal-drawn vehicles of all kinds and all vehicles incapable of making a speed of at least twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
