§ 12-1005. Parking prohibited.
Parking is prohibited in the following locations:
Ampacet Drive.
Bartow Street, both sides from Main Street north to Jones Street. Additionally, the curbs in this area shall be painted yellow and signage shall be placed every one hundred fifty (150) feet to indicate "No Parking". Except parking shall be permitted on Bartow Street on Sunday, from one (1) hour prior to church and one (1) hour after church service and for funerals the police department shall post appropriate signage or cover existing signage to allow same. Penalties for violation shall be the same as for other parking violations.
Bartow Street, west side, from Main Street to West Avenue.
Busch Drive from its intersection with Old Grassdale Road to the dead end of Busch Drive.
Cantrell Street.
Canyon Parkway.
Clearwater Street, from Goodyear Avenue to Pilgrim Street.
Gentilly Boulevard.
Gilmer Street, east side, between Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Mary Street, and on the west side from a point one hundred (100) feet inside the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to the intersection with Mary Street.
Goodyear Avenue.
Industrial Drive from the intersection of South Erwin Street and Industrial Drive eastward to where Dash-Multi Corporation's southwestern dock space joins Industrial Drive.
Jones Street, both sides from West Carter Street to North Bartow Street. The curbing shall be painted yellow and signs installed every one hundred fifty (150) feet to indicate no parking.
Leake Street from Bartow Street to Etowah Drive on both sides.
Luckie Street. All nonresidential parking on Luckie Street from Leake Street to a point six hundred (600) feet south of the intersection of Leake Street and Luckie Street on both sides.
Main Street, both sides, between Dixie Avenue and Gilmer Street.
Main Street, both sides, from Tennessee Street to Gilmer Street.
Mayflower Street, from Goodyear Avenue to Mayflower Circle.
Mayflower Street, from Sugar Valley Road to and including all of Mayflower Circle.
Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, from Tennessee Street to Dixie Avenue.
Melone Drive.
Mineral Museum Drive, both sides.
North Pointe Drive.
Ohio Street, from Mayflower Street to Wingfoot Trail on the east side.
Old Mill Road, on the north side between South Erwin Street and the east city limits.
Parmenter, from Goodyear Avenue to Pilgrim Street.
Pathfinder Street, from Mayflower to Parmenter Street, on the south side.
Pathfinder Street, from Parmenter Street to Litchfield Road, on the south side only.
Pilgrim Street.
Pointe Way.
Porter Street, from its intersection with Tennessee Street west to its intersection with Erwin Street.
Postelle Street, both sides of street between Tennessee Street and Stonewall Street.
Puckett Street, both sides of the street between Tennessee Street and Stonewall Street.
Puckett Street, north side, from Tennessee Street to Stonewall Street.
Ruby Street.
State Route 3, east side, beginning one thousand (1,000) feet of the centerline of Rowland Springs Road (milepost 9.93), and ending at the north city limits (milepost 10.24), a distance of 0.31 miles.
Stonewall Street, west side, along that property owned by the Mid-South Bolt and Screw Company. Property designated on Map Number CA-107 as 211 and 217 Stonewall Street.
Stonewall Street, both sides, from Postelle Street to Forrest Avenue.
Sugar Valley Road both sides from Cassville Road to Burnt Hickory Road.
Waterford Drive, both sides of street between the addresses of 459 to 467.
West Church Street, between Erwin Street and Bartow Street, every day except Sunday.
Wingfoot Trail, from Ohio Street to Litchfield Road, on the south side only.
Woodland Drive, east from Terrell Drive to the bottom of the hill. For the remainder of Woodland Drive eastward to Pine Street, parking on the left side of street prohibited.
On all alleys indicated as follows:
On all alleys between Mayflower Street and Clearwater Street.
On all alleys between Parmenter Street and Mayflower Street.
On all alleys between Parmenter Street and Ohio Street.
On all alleys between Wingfoot Trail and Goodyear Avenue.
All other alleys not herein indicated which are located in Atco Village.
Within twenty (20) feet on each side of the streets at the following intersections:
Allweather Street and Mayflower Street.
Allweather Street and Parmenter Street.
Clearwater Street and Defender Street.
Clearwater Street and Puritan Street.
Columbia and Mayflower Street.
Columbia and Parmenter Street.
Goodyear Avenue and Akron Street.
Goodyear Avenue and Clearwater Street.
Goodyear Avenue and Litchfield Road.

Parking is prohibited in the following locations for special occasions as indicated by the city manager. The area will be posted by signs prior to the parking being prohibited and parking in said area will be prohibited until said signs are removed.
South side of Glen Cove Drive from Etowah Drive to Waterford Drive.
East side of Etowah Drive from Old Mill Road to Glen Cove Drive.
West side of Etowah Drive from Pine Grove Road to Indian Trail.
Within one hundred (100) feet on each side of the street of the following intersection:
Postell Street from its intersection with Stonewall Street westward.
