§ 13-13. Same—Judgment and execution.

Upon the conviction of any corporation, there shall be rendered judgment against it for the fine imposed by the judge, together with all costs of prosecution, upon which judgment the clerk of the court shall issue an execution against the defendant, which shall be levied and collected by the chief of police, as tax executions in favor of the city are now collected.
