§ 13-16. Contempt of court.

The judge is hereby vested with the same power and authority to punish for contempt of court, and for the same acts, as is now vested in judges of superior courts of the state; provided, however, that punishment for contempt of court shall not exceed the penalties provided by section 6.03 of the charter.
