§ 13-23. Processing fees; fines.

(a)

The municipal court chief judge may recommend a schedule of fees to assist the court in its operation and budget. The council must approve any such schedule, but if the council does not act within thirty (30) days of the court's recommendation, the fee schedule will become effective.

(b)

The council may set city fines for violations of city ordinances.
