§ 14-44. Graffiti penalty.

Any person who is convicted of violating section 14-43 of this article shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment. In addition to such punishment, the court may, in imposing sentence, order the defendant to restore the property so defaced, damaged or destroyed, and order community service for up to forty (40) hours.
