§ 15-8. Lifeguard required at swimming pools.

No person in the city shall operate any public swimming pool without having present at all hours and times during which such swimming pool is open to the public a lifeguard who has successfully taken the training for lifeguards with the American Red Cross and who is approved as a lifeguard by the American Red Cross or any other approved national training program.
