§ 15-37. Modification of the by-laws.

Latest version.

Any change in the by-laws shall require a "first reading" with the vote on the motion to take place at a later meeting after a "second meeting" of the board. Additionally, any changes in the bylaws must be approved by the mayor and city council of the city.
