§ 16-7. Penalties.

  • Any person who willfully violates any provision of this article or of the personnel policies established thereunder shall be subject to:

    (1)

    Dismissal from government service and forfeiture of annual and sick leave or other employee benefits.

    (2)

    Ineligibility for appointment to or employment in a position in the city service for a period of time stipulated by the city manager.

    (3)

    Suspension for a period of time determined by the city manager.
