§ 16-35. Longevity pay.

After five (5) years of continuous employment with the city, each employee shall be paid by the city an annual sum in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) per year for each year of employment after the initial five (5) years of employment. Payment of such sum shall be on the same day as payment of the employee Christmas bonus.
