§ 17-1. Zoning ordinance.

(a)

A certain document, entitled "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Cartersville, Georgia" and adopted November 7, 1996 as amended thereafter, is hereby incorporated by reference. Copies thereof shall be available to the public in the office of the city clerk and/or planning and development department.

(b)

Each part or requirement of "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Cartersville, Georgia," so far as they are the same as those provisions they replace existing immediately prior to the time of the effective date of this section, shall be considered as continuations thereof and not as new enactments.

(c)

Any person violating any provisions of the document incorporated by reference in subsection (a) shall be punished as provided in section 1-6.
