§ 17-27. Members.

(a)

The planning commission shall be composed of seven (7) members, to be appointed as follows:

(1)

All seven (7) members to be appointed by the mayor and city council from the city at large and to serve until a successor is duly appointed.

(b)

In addition to the seven (7) members referred to in subsection (a) the city clerk may be appointed as secretary of the commission.

(c)

Members of the commission shall be paid fifty dollars ($50.00) for each meeting attended.
