§ 17-76. Processing fees, credit/debit cards and ACH/EFT transactions.

(a)

For all permits, licenses, and applications, or fees as required by this article, that are paid online or in person, or by other means by credit/debit cards or ACH/EFT, a fee of 2.95 percent for all credit and debit card charges per transaction or a fifty cents ($0.50) ACH/EFT fee per transaction shall apply.

(b)

The above fee also applies to occupational tax license payments.
