§ 17-90. Miscellaneous variance and appeal fees.

Latest version.

(a)

Appeals/variances pursuant to section 7.5-10 of the development regulations shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

(b)

Appeals/variances pursuant to section 6-47 of the building code shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

(c)

Appeals/variances pursuant to section 20-34 of the sign ordinance shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

(d)

The above fee shall be required at the time of filing the application.
