§ 19-5. Speed limits.

It shall be unlawful for any engineer or other person in charge of a locomotive engine to run an engine over any grade crossing in the city at a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour. Engines may resume normal speed after crossing Carter Street going north or Cook Street going south.
