By accepting any permit or other permission to erect and maintain a sign or by acting
in the erection or maintenance of a sign pursuant to such permit or other permission
pursuant to this article, the permit holder, property owner, lessee (if any), sign
erector, their agents, servants, employees and assigns agree to hold harmless and
indemnify the city, its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all
claims for damages, including death; including but not limited to those resulting
from the erection, alteration, relocation, construction or maintenance of a sign permitted
or authorized under this article.
