§ 21-12. Construction site cleanliness.

The property owners and the prime contractor in charge of a construction site are required to furnish litter containers for construction and workmen's litter. All such litter shall be picked up and placed in containers at the end of each workday. The contractor or owner of the property is responsible for removal of all materials from the premises.
