§ 21-4. Industrial refuse; private disposal of garbage, etc.

(a)

Industrial refuse shall not be collected by the city trucks, but shall be disposed of by persons in charge of the establishment where such refuse accumulates. The disposal of industrial refuse must be in a manner satisfactory to the public works director.

(b)

Every person who disposes of any garbage, rubbish or industrial refuse, whether required to do so by this chapter or otherwise, shall make such disposal at the sanitary landfill, or other authorized disposal area, as specified by the public works director.
