§ 21-27. Containers to be provided for certain establishments and properties.

Every owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using or occupying any commercial, institutional, or industrial building or property shall provide adequate litter containers of sizes, numbers and types as specified by the director of public works for shopping centers, parking lots both private and commercial, supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, service stations and similar business establishments, including residences, churches, schools, colleges, lodges, commercial, business, etc.
