§ 21-59. Emptying.

(a)

All containers are required to be emptied at least once a week. If they contain "non-grindable" foods or waste, they shall be emptied a minimum of twice a week.

(b)

If a container is full and the lid shall not close the owner is required to immediately notify the hauler who must pick up within twenty-four (24) hours of said notice and the owner shall inform the city when said event occurs.
