§ 21-80. Enforcement.

No building permit shall issue for construction of a principal use incinerator facility unless the property owner shall have fully complied with the terms of this article. Any person, firm or corporation seeking permission to transport waste into the City of Cartersville, Georgia shall be required to produce written evidence that all waste to be incinerated will be disposed of at a facility meeting the terms of this article.
