Fore each ton or volume equivalent of waste and/or biomedical waste treated, received
and/or processed at the principal used incinerator facility a fee of ten dollars ($10.00)
per ton or volume equivalent shall be paid by the operator of each principal use incinerator
facility. Said fee is due and payable to the City of Cartersville at P.O. Box 648,
1 Public Square, Cartersville, Georgia, 30120 by the fifth day of each month for all
waste and biomedical waste treated, received and/or processed at the principal use
incinerator facility for the previous month.
