§ 22-2. Damaging sidewalks or curbs.

It shall be unlawful for any person to unload upon or to load from the paved sidewalks in the city any heavy goods of any description whatever, in such manner as to injure and damage said sidewalks or the curbs, or any part thereof, or in any other manner to cause damage to the sidewalks or curbs.
