The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Parade,
as used in this article, means any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant
or procession of any kind, or any similar display, which will be conducted in or upon
any street, right-of-way, or any park or other place owned or maintained by the city
in which four (4) or more persons will participate.
Parade permit
means a permit as required by this article.
