§ 23-22. Other utilities.

(a)

All underground utilities, such as telephone lines and gas mains, shall be installed before streets are paved.

(b)

The subdivider shall have installed at his expense by the city the street lights for the proposed development according to all city specifications. The city specifications are available at the office of the electric superintendent for the city.

(c)

Existing subdivisions or individuals desiring to have street lights installed must do so according to all city specifications.
