§ 24-84. Transfers.

Latest version.

The transfer of waste water from one (1) drainage basin to another separate drainage basin is prohibited. Violators shall be fined up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per day per violation, each transfer or discharge to another drainage basin exceeding one thousand (1,000) gallons shall constitute a separate violation of this section. No pump stations are allowed that would create inter drainage basin transfer.

Ord. No. 30-98, adopted Aug. 13, 1998, repealed the former § 24-84 which pertained to national categorical pretreatment standards and derived from Ord. NO. 11-97, adopted April 10, 1997.
