§ 24-106. Same—Reissuance.

A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for a wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application in accordance with section 24-98 of this article, a minimum of not more than ninety (90) days and not less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of current permits.
