§ 24-200. Effects of ordinance upon rights, powers, etc., of utilities.

This article does not affect and is not intended to affect any right, title, power, or interest which any utility may have with relation to any facility or any easement, right-of-way, license, permit, or other interest in or with respect to the land on which the facility is located.
