§ 24-431. Fiber optic internet service rate schedule.

(a)

Availability. Available in all areas served by the city fiber optic system (Cartersville FiberCom) system, where sufficient capacity is available.

(b)

Applicability. These monthly rates are applicable to all FiberCom customers based on a thirty-six-month term with an installation charge of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A ten (10) percent premium will be added to the base rates for a twenty-four-month term with an installation charge of three hundred dollars ($300.00). A twenty (20) percent premium will be added to the base rates for a twelve-month term with an installation charge of five hundred dollars ($500.00). Installation is distance and location sensitive and is based on basic connectivity. Basic service includes eight (8) private internet protocol addresses.
