§ 24-435. Determination and modification of stormwater service charges.

Stormwater service charges may be determined and modified from time to time by the City of Cartersville so that the total revenue generated by said charges and any other sources of revenue that may be made available to the stormwater utility will be sufficient to meet the cost of services and facilities, including but not limited to the payment of principal and interest on revenue bond obligations incurred for consideration and improvements to the stormwater system.
