The boundaries of each district are shown on a map entitled "Official Zoning Map of
the City of Cartersville, Georgia", dated and certified by the mayor and city clerk.
Said map and all explanatory matter thereon accompanies and is hereby made a part
of this chapter and the original official zoning map of the City of Cartersville shall
be kept in the recorded minutes in the city clerk's office.
Accurate copies of the official zoning map of the City of Cartersville, Georgia shall
be on file, in hard copy or in a digital format, in the office of the zoning administrator
at all times. Said map shall accurately show all map amendments made in accordance
with the provisions of this chapter, and the date when said amendments became effective.
It shall be the duty of the zoning administrator to see to it that the zoning map,
whether displayed in his/her office in hard copy or available in digital format, is
kept up-to-date and accurately shows all amendments.
