§ 13.9. Lighting.

Proposed developments shall submit for approval a lighting plan that meets the following specifications prior to the issuance of a land disturbance or building permit.

A.

The maximum to minimum foot-candle level shall not exceed a twelve to one (12:1) ratio.

B.

Light fixture poles cannot exceed forty (40) feet in height.

C.

All site lighting shall be directed onto the site and strive for "dark sky" objectives.

D.

All building entrances, walks and vehicular access shall be lit.
