The order of business for each meeting of the council shall be generally as follows:

Call to order.

(2)

Invocation.

(3)

Pledge of allegiance.

(4)

Roll call and determination of quorum.

(5)

Approval of the minutes.

(6)

Recognition of visitors.

(7)

Consideration of items on the agenda.

(8)

Reports of members and officials.
