§ 2-126. City clerk's reports.
Latest version.
The city clerk shall make a full and itemized statement of the transactions of his office, showing all amounts received and all amounts paid out. The clerk shall submit such reports to the council at the end of each month. Such reports shall be filed in the office of the clerk for reference at any time.
