The business premises of a pouring or package outlet shall be open to inspection at
any and all times by law enforcement officers, officers or officials authorized by
the mayor and city council to conduct such inspections.
(b)
The city manager shall appoint one (1) or more persons to conduct periodic inspections
of the businesses regulated by this chapter and to report to the city manager any
violation of any laws or ordinances regulating such businesses or other regulations
made pursuant to authority granted for the purpose of regulating such businesses,
or for the violation of any state or federal law or city ordinance, other than infrequent
minor traffic violations.
