A license issued under this article shall be subject to all terms and conditions imposed
by this chapter or any future ordinance. License holders shall be responsible for
compliance with such terms and conditions by all their employees and those working
under their supervision and control. It shall also be the duty of the license holder
and those under his supervision and control to report to the police department any
violation of this chapter occurring on the premises of the license holder.
(b)
All licenses shall have printed on the front the following language: "This license
is granted by the City of Cartersville and accepted by licensee subject to all the
terms and conditions of the ordinances governing the issuance and retention of the
same."
