§ 4-79. Reinstatement of suspended licenses.

Latest version.

(a)

Licenses suspended for a definite period shall be automatically reinstated without further hearing.

(b)

Licenses suspended pending compliance with designated conditions to be corrected shall be automatically reinstated upon compliance, without further hearing.
